who are we doing this for?

The Ottawa First Responders Foundation is a registered charitable organization dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of Ottawa's First Responders—including police officers, firefighters, paramedics, 9-1-1 communicicators, retirees, veterans, and their families. The Foundation works to bridge gaps in existing services by providing peer support, access to informed clinical resources, education, and resiliency programs, helping those who dedicate their lives to protecting our community receive the support they deserve. Guided by the belief that "In this family, no one stands alone," the Foundation is committed to fostering resilience, improving quality of life, and ensuring that our everyday heroes are never alone when they need help.
