Terms & Conditions

Before you rent décor from SAVVY PARTY INC., please ensure you carefully review, understand, and agree to our Terms & Conditions, which apply to every rental. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call! We're happy to clarify anything you need.

1.     To secure the items and services for your event, a non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required. The remaining 50% is due upon pick-up or delivery before your event.

2.     The retainer fee cannot be refunded if you cancel your booking, regardless of the reason. Changes to your order (adding or removing items) are allowed up to 15 days before your event, with adjustments made to your invoice accordingly. No refunds are given if the subtotal falls below the initial payment amount. No cancellations are allowed within 10 days of the event date.

3.     We currently accept e-transfers and PayPal.

4.     Rentals can be picked up on the Sunday before your event and must be returned by 5 pm on the Sunday after, unless otherwise agreed upon. Late returns will incur the loss of the damage deposit.

5.     A refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals: $100 for rentals under $500, $200 for rentals between $500 and $1000, and an amount to be determined for rentals over $1000. The deposit will be returned within 3 days after all items are returned undamaged and on time. Missing, damaged, or late items will result in the loss of this deposit.

6.     You acknowledge that some rented décor may be fragile and agree to handle it responsibly. We are not liable for personal injury or property damage.

7.     You assume responsibility for any negligence, misconduct, or injuries caused by guests or others handling the décor at the event venue.

8.     All items must be returned clean, or a cleaning fee will be applied (damage deposit).

9.     The rental fee does not constitute a purchase. Theft of décor may lead to legal action, and you agree to cover any related costs, including attorney fees.

10.  In cases of Force Majeure (unforeseeable circumstances like natural disasters, war, or pandemics), we are not liable for failure to perform services. The initial payment remains non-refundable but can be transferred to another order or held as credit for up to 1 year.

11.  There is a rental minimum of $100 for pick-ups and drop-offs before delivery fees.

12. By paying the 50% retainer fee, you agree to all the Terms & Conditions outlined here.
